VIDEO SURVEILLANCE/ACCESS CONTROL DESIGNER - DALLAS

The prospective employee will possess all the following qualifications and experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree with 3 years work experience in the construction/security industry OR minimum 5 years relevant work experience in the construction/security industry.
  • Experience in physical security design.
  • Minimum accurate keyboarding speed of 40 wpm.
  • Working knowledge of computers, computer systems and software, including Microsoft Word and Excel, Project and Security related programs.
  • Ability to participate in team communication with clients to ascertain and define needs or problem areas to aid in the development of client-focused solutions.
  • Ability to assist with the preparation schematic designs, design development and construction documents.
  • Ability to prepare written reports and deliver oral presentations to the client or management team regarding conclusions; aid in the development of cost effective recommended solutions
  • Modest AutoCad/Acad LT and Ease skills an asset but not required.
  • Experience/knowledge of Revit MEP is also desirable, but not required
